The Company underwent Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) pursuant to an order dated December 21, 2021, from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench. Following the Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP) process, Bazel International Limited, along with its associate promoters, emerged as the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA) and received approval from the Adjudicating Authority (AA) vide its order dated July 1, 2024.
